Previously, she led Business Development at Infina, a top digital investment platform in Vietnam that is backed by Y Combinator, and co-founded Bvnex, a pioneering platform for cryptocurrency investment and exchange. Bvnex has become the top fiat-crypto exchange in Vietnam, boasting a community of over 150,000 users domestically, 50,000 in China, and 10,000 in Japan, with a daily trading volume of $84 million, and partnered with Binance, OKX & Huobi exchanges. 

Under Ms. Chloe Phung's leadership as Co-Founder and CMO, U2U Network has seen remarkable growth and secured significant investments from top global VCs. Her strategic vision attracted a seed round led by Chain Capital, a leading crypto fund in Asia with a portfolio of over 300 projects, including Solana, Polkadot, and Filecoin. She also significantly contributed to the investment deal from IDG Blockchain, which specializes in blockchain, AI, and emerging technologies, with a portfolio featuring dappOS, Pontem, and ZkEX.
